MSM, report the news, report the facts, report the events but stop telling us what is GOING to happen.
MSM, you have proven, over and over again, you have NO idea what the American People are saying, are wanting or thinking. You are out-of-touch.

The Only Poll That Matters
Posted by: | CommentsMain Stream Media Muck
By: Gilbert Purtee
The main stream media fails again as it erroneously projected the predilections of voters in Michigan. Gathering data from unknown sources, compiling the numbers into a quandary of ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ and then serving it up to the public as fact is wrong and a great disservice to all who hear it.
There is only one poll that counts. In November of 2008, we as a nation will go to the voting booth and declare who our next president will be. It will not matter what the entry poll implied, what the exit poll suggests and above all, what the main stream media predicts.
I heard the MSM report today that Clinton and Obama are fighting for the black vote. I know if you asked either Hillary Clinton or Barrack Obama if this is true, they would say they are fighting for ALL the votes, not just for a single demographic.
Therefore, my black voter friend, do not be swayed by the media that your only choice is Obama or Clinton.
Do not be persuaded by the media, my Christian friend, that all Christians will vote for Mike Huckabee.
Do not cross off Fred Thompson, my conservative friend, just because the media says he is done.
Until November, listen with your heart, seek those with like convictions and take the bile that the media feeds you, filter it through your own ethics and principals, then spit it back in their face on election day. Election day is the only poll that matters.
Obama Is Black
Posted by: | CommentsHey Mainstream Media, we get it!
By: Gilbert Purtee
Barrack Obama is black. Yes, he is.
Hillary Clinton is a Female. Yes, she is.
Rudy Giuliani is the 911 mayor. Yes, he is
John McCain is the war veteran. Yes, he is.
Mike Huckabee is the preacher. Yes, he is.
Ron Paul is the moon bat. Yes, he is.
We can make a longer list with each person running for office and show that every candidate has a unique characteristic that stands out. Are these things important? Are they important enough to win or lose the presidential race? I submit that they are not.
I will not vote for or against Obama just because he is black. I will not lift up or degrade Hillary just because she is a woman. I will not praise Mike just because he is a preacher. I will not award McCain the office just because he was tortured in a war prison camp.
Bias at its finest flourishes in the main stream media as they act surprised that a female organization would endorse Obama over Hillary. The MSM was shocked when Jessie Jackson said his vote was not settled because he was still looking at all the candidates. The mainstream media has no doubt that Huckabee will be the winner in all the “evangelical” states because he is the “Christian”.
My second submission is this. The citizens of this country have matured as a people far past the ability of the mainstream media to comprehend.
Do you want racism to stop?
Do you want religious bias to end?
Do you want true equality between the sexes?
Turn the MSM off! It’s not “main” stream anymore.
Demand Balance in 2008 Election Coverage
Posted by: | CommentsHelp Stop Election 2008 Media Bias!
Letter From: Douglas Mills, Executive Director Media Research Center
“In the hours leading to Hillary Clinton’s stunning comeback to win the New Hampshire primary, news outlets across the nation were churning out pro-Hillary puff pieces that many now believe fueled her victory!
Pundits also point to her “emotional” breakdown (in front of rolling cameras) as the deciding factor, but few challenge the credibility of her actions!
Instead, Americans continue to get a steady diet of liberal media spin. For example, on January 7, only 2 days before the New Hampshire primary, MRC analysts found that ABC’s Good Morning America devoted 15 minutes to the Democratic Race and a scant 15 second blip to the Republicans!
This is a carefully calculated agenda that is being pushed right under our noses. As the New Hampshire primary clearly showed, the liberal media are wasting no time slanting their coverage in favor of Democratic candidates–even if it misleads and misrepresents the truth!
What I saw in New Hampshire is deeply troubling to me. That’s why I have launched a national petition calling the media to uphold their own standards of objective journalism throughout the 2008 election cycle.
I’m inviting you to sign that petition by clicking here:
I fear for our nation when I see the media exercising its influence in such an irresponsible, uncontested way.
That’s why the MRC is concentrating our energy on exposing and countering liberal media bias in the 2008 election–right now!
No other organization is as uniquely qualified and capable of taking such action to call out the media on their blatant election bias as the MRC!
But I need your help–especially now!
We’re calling on at least 100,000 citizens to stand with the MRC and against liberal media bias during this election by signing our petition.
We must make this an issue, and we can, but it starts with you adding your name right now. Click here to sign:
After signing, take the next step in getting our message of truth out to a nation that is largely being misled by the media!
As the events in New Hampshire clearly showed, we have a tremendous opportunity to challenge the liberal media–calling and holding them to a higher standard.
MRC wants to present 100,000 petitions within the next 30 days. Please sign the petition today.
But it can’t happen unless team members like you are working in the trenches spreading the word by forwarding this and other key messages that expose the media’s agenda to undermine our election process through biased and misleading reporting!
You have my word that the MRC will aggressively pinpoint all liberal media bias during the 2008 Election cycle.
Thanks in advance for taking immediate action!”
Douglas Mills, Executive Director MRC
