BigDadGib Meets BigWhiteHat
ByBack many years ago, I wanted to start a blog, so I Googled my BigDadGib name to see if it was being used. The Google search came back with BigWhiteHat. So I went to BigWhiteHat and found a real cool Texan. That’s how I came to know Zane.
Zane, the man under that big white hat, was one of the first blogs I had ever seen. I tried to model my pages like Zane’s. He has always been a good read.
Some five or more years later, I get to meet the man. What a true pleasure it was to finally meet and sit down with BigWhiteHat. I got to meet the whole gang and Zane has been truly blessed with a fine family.
Thanks Zane, let’s do it again soon.

It was so neat to meet you! My kids really thought it was cool to meet a real live trucker and sit in your awesome truck.

It’s neat to meet a blogging buddy in real life, isn’t it? That boy looks like a real character.
Do you realize that I’m barely 5′3″? I’ll look you right in the belly button if we ever meet in real life, LOL!
Lamar is 6′ even and I’m short next to him, much less next to you.

Wow, that is so cool! I wish I could have been there! Soon, I will be meeting Nettie - and I’ve already met Rebekah and her family. It’s fun to meet blogging buddies. Hope all is well with you. I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything, but I’m back!

Hi guy. I tried to log on to the CBO site but had a problem with my username or password so here i am. I think this picture is really kice and it must be so neat to be able to meet a blog friend and his family too.
I want to thank you so much for your prayers for Teresa. I can’t begin to say how much it means to all of us who know and love her. She is one of the sweetest young women I have ever known. Soft spoken, loving and super kind. I think the Lord has an important plan for her.
I’ll try again to go to CBO.

It’s so great to meet our blogging friends irl. Did I ever tell you it was my ambition when I was younger to be a trucker? Yep. I think the thought first came into my mind when a woman truck driver came to our driver’s ed class. Thought it was very cool! Then I went to work for Denver Peterbilt. Of course, then I met my hubby there and that was the end of my trucking career. LOL I still think about it, though. I think I’d make a great trucker!!
Do you remember that TV show with Claude Atkins that was on in the 70’s called “Movin’ On”? I was so hooked on that show.
Well, now you know my deep dark secret. LOL Hope you’re doing good out on the road and will continue to pray that you have a safe trip!
